Strategy for Evolving the Global Wisdom System Curriculum

The Global Wisdom System Handbook is currently over 1200 pages in MS Word. As soon as I have achieved two criteria, I will begin actualizing the second and third steps in sharing it with the world. The two criteria are:

	I have established the Global Wisdom System organization, and it has begun to have a life of its own. To achieve this, I will need volunteers to take on a variety of functions.
	I have entered into an appropriate agreement for giving my copyright to the Global Wisdom System, an agreement that honors the work that I have done (for instance, by giving me a job), that satisfies my bottom line requirements of such an organization, and at the same time, that protects the consensus the organization from domination by me as the founder.

The second and third steps in sharing the Global Wisdom System with the world may occur almost simultaneously. The second step will be a Web site presentation of the curriculum with the following features:

	Automated versions of each exercise or meditation which is voice-guided, which uses video guidance and animation, or which provides automated journal prompts as part of the instruction package. (A very low-tech example is the Animated Circles Of Light Invocation, though much more is possible.)
	Blogs for subscribers for tracking their growth. These blogs will link directly to each of the exercises and meditations within the system. Thus, subscribers will have examples of what other subscribers have experienced with each exercise or meditation.
	Automated guidance for discovering what you need to do next. This will include a database that will track users (who desire this help) and which will automatically challenge users to stretch themselves.
	Online real-time groups for each exercise and meditation that use Webcams for world-wide access, and which are continually available, staffed by supervised volunteers who are working towards certification.
	A system for encouraging and supporting one-to-one co-mentoring relationships.
	A certification program for Global Wisdom System coaches, and a referral system for people who want paid coaching.

The second and third steps in sharing the Global Wisdom System with the world will occur simultaneously. The third step will be a system of evolving the curriculum to higher and higher standards that has the following features:

	A system by which each members experiences and suggestions are incorporated in the system. This will be both open and conservative at the same time.
	A system by which the experiences and suggestions of IONS luminaries are incorporated in the system.
	Automated methods of scientifically testing each of the methods and their variants to determine the most effective meditations, exercise, and presentation techniques.
	Links to outside sources of information about each of the methods which lead to the Web sites of luminaries who choose to partner with the organization.
	A referral system for establishing coaching relationships with all luminaries who partner with the Global Wisdom System.

The Chrysalis Wisdom Council—A Primary Organizational Tool

The original purpose of the Chrysalis Wisdom Council was to provide a consistent, rapid, consensus-forming tool for building the Global Wisdom System as a nonhierarchical, nondogmatic, spiritual organization with the power to change the world.

In teaching it to hundreds of other people, I have found that it is an excellent method of producing noetic dialog—a powerful process for creating an energy shift that can change your behavior. The Wisdom Council is a practical application of short-term inner silence to create an authentic dialog that leads to deep relational knowing, clarity, and wisdom.
