Details about Registering for the Healing Course
To participate, you must have a Webcam and headset. These can be purchased from Radio Shack for as little as $30 for a package deal. You must also have the free software that you can download from http://www.ivisit.com/index.html (available for free for both Mac and PC). You can work with the help desk people from iVisit to get your system up and running.
The healing course is eight sessions, and each session will be 1:30 to 2:30 hours in length, and will present two or more healing methods or meditations, plus provide practice time and discussion time. If you register, please be prepared to attend all of the sessions, because the small group community is an important part of the learning environment.
The healing course is only being offered to members of the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS). To register, you must donate something to IONS through the IONS online donation page. If you're not a member, you can register by joining IONS.
The Donation Meditation
To pay for your participation in this course, you are expected to take part in the Donation Meditation at the end of every session. This 180-second donation meditation is an important training method in its own right. Tuning in to your higher self, listening to its advice, and following through with your commitments to to your higher self constitute a process that is unfamiliar to many people.
You will be asked to to tune in to your higher self and to ask the following questions:
- What' s the most important lesson that I learned from this session?
- How can I most effectively apply that lesson to my specific needs?
- Is it highest wisdom to donate to IONS at this time?
- What dollar amount should I donate?
