Course in Energy Healing Available World-Wide By Webcam

If you have a Webcam and the Internet, you can join this course in energy healing. The Webcam system will allow all participants to see and hear each other as if we were meeting in my living room in person. There is a limit of 12 people in this class.

This eight-session class will take place in 2007. The specific dates are still being determined.

Session #1: Short, Simple Ways to Energize Your Chakras and Chi Body as You Go About Your Day

The methods in this session provide you with a means to energize your body with chi as you go about the day. They are simple and fast enough to use before a job interview, to release tension, to balance your emotions, to enhance your mental alertness before an exam, or to promote healing during times of stress. When you master them, you will always respond to variations in your body' s energy instantly, appropriately, and effectively.

Session #2: Tap Into Your Body's Inner Wisdom to Evolve Your Lifestyle

The methods in this session help you to get in touch with your body' s intuition about what it needs by entering into focused interaction in trance. Use them to replace guilt about your body with a positive and sensitive relationship with it and a practical program of change. Use them to create partnerships with your body, your subconscious mind, and your superconscious mind, so that you can harness both their power and their wisdom.

Session #3: Relax Body and Mind to Improve Health, Vitality, and Performance

The methods in this session eliminate the tension and stress that causes or exacerbates diseases in your body, that prevents you from performing at your highest level, and that blocks the flow of energy in your body. Use them to enhance your mental health by enjoying your body more freely, by being more in touch with every part of it, by focusing on the pleasure that it feels, and by nurturing it lovingly. 

Session #4: Use Visualization to Promote Physical Healing and Health

The methods in this session help you to develop the skill of managing your body' s health through visualization both when you're healthy and when you're not, employing techniques that have a history of success. Use them to increase your sensitivity to the messages that your body gives you, so that when you create a visualization, the images you use are an expression of your partnership with and love of your body. Use them to expand to scope of your visualizations, so that you have more options to choose from.

Session #5: Heal Yourself and Others by Raising the Vibration Level Around You

The methods in this session improve your energy environment, making it more nourishing to you through raising the vibration of the world or tuning in to the rich supply of energy that is already around you all the time. Use them to heal any feelings of isolation that you might experience by opening yourself to feeling supported by your community and receiving healing from all of your relationships. Finally, use them to provide energy benefits to both yourself and your community at the same time. 

Session #6: Mobilize Chi Energy to Heal Your Own Body

The methods in this session enable you to mobilize prana healing to heal your body or emotions—by intuitively diagnosing the problem, by draining away stagnant, icky, or uncomfortable energy, by energizing depleted areas to speed natural healing processes, and by releasing the blocks that prevent healthy flow of chi throughout your body. Mastering these technologies will sensitize you to the reality and power of the prana energy that pervades the universe.

Use them to heal yourself by using the principles of distant healing, picturing yourself as if you were the distant person that you are sending energy to. 

 

Session #1: Short, Simple Ways to Energize Your Chakras and Chi Body as You Go About Your Day

The methods in this session provide you with a means to energize your body with chi as you go about the day.   The breathing exercise "Yin/Yang Polarity Balancing" gives you a sense of well being by balancing your inner, physical, and emotional energy, and washing away tension and upset. You can use it for acute problems, such as healing a virus or flu, or calming and energizing yourself in a tense situation. Finally, regular use helps you develop psychic abilities by washing out blocks to intuition.
  "Sense Your Aura, and Use It for Manifestation" not only demonstrates that the aura exists, but also provides practical methods of using it and a reliable way to enhance psychic sensitivity for preparing for giving massages, energy healing, and eventually learning to see the aura.
  "Sahaja Yoga—Raising Kundalini Energy" activates your psychic centers quickly and easily, and is useful to use in situations where you want to build your luck, to increase your charisma, to project yourself better and to energize visualizations (e.g., before a job interview). Regular use prevents energy blocks from forming and keeps your chi energy flowing smoothly through your body. It helps you to achieve inner silence, to clear your perceptions of reality from distortions, and to contact your source of wisdom easily. [top]

This meditation will help you to develop an appreciation for your body as the most important friend you will ever have, as well as directing healing energy into an uncomfortable or unhealthy part of it.
  The five-minute mini-meditation "The Be Your Own Guru Daily Planning Method" helps to organize your priorities, for instance by creating the most effective to-do lists and other plans. Use it to modify your diet to improve your health (for instance, by losing weight) reliably and without pain. Use the method when you feel the need for guidance about your daily concerns from your higher self. Use it for decisions and questions for which the yes/no response of a pendulum doesn' t provide the intuitive nuances you need.

Master this exercise to create a permanent sense of body happiness, healing the body, and developing and purifying your psychic energy body.
  "Are You Relaxed, Right Now?" promotes the effective use of reminders to stay conscious or relaxed or to develop another quality or skill throughout your day. This general method uses the example of relaxation to illustrate how to develop the skill of staying relaxed by slowing down and practicing a more relaxed attitude towards everything that happens, and by stopping to smell the roses, no matter how stressful the rest of your life becomes. Use it to develop and use healing visualizations that are both scientifically accurate and intuitively honest, based on what you actually sense from your illness or wound.
  The visualizations in "Develop Your Own Healing Images by Using These Examples" extend the above process by spurring your own creativity to help you get started in using effective visualizations for your own health concerns. Start out with images from this list that seem to apply to your problems the best. Then modify them intuitively to create a visualization program that feels appropriate and beneficial to you.
  The guided meditation exercise "Improve Your Health with the Biofeedback Skill of Hand Warming" to instantly reduce injury, stress, and anxiety whenever it starts to impact your physical body by directing blood flow and healing energy to wounded and stressed body parts. This exercise has been used in conjunction with biofeedback in medical settings to stop and prevent migraines, respond to angina, lower blood pressure, speed healing after heart attack or heart surgery, end anxiety attacks, and achieve deep relaxation.
  The exercise "Use "Mental Biofeedback' for Portable Body Control" extends the above guided meditation by assisting you to develop a personalized approach to effectively handling specific physical aches, pains, tensions, and other symptoms of ill health while they are inconsequential.   "Live within a Sparkling Energy Bubble" facilitates the experience of life as utopia or heaven on earth (but without becoming complacent about problems that need to be solved). Use it to release stress—including many of the causes of disease—by plugging into your natural ability to find pleasure in all parts of your life, and by savoring the beauty around you to create a positive state of mind. Use it to learn to perceive psychic energy fields, and to collect psychic energy from your environment by appreciating it. [top]

  "Focus Psychic Energy on Areas of Your Body that Need Healing" as a focused trance meditation to heal your physical body or relieve pain. Use appropriate parts of the method informally to treat transitory aches and pains whenever you have a spare moment as you go about your day. Finally, use parts of this method informally to increase your daily awareness of the sea of energy in which we live and breathe.

Use it in meditation to build your vitality and reserves of chi energy.
